Here is a great video on exercises which will help us prep for handstands. Interestingly, some of them may alreay be familiar!
There are no boundaries to what we think of as exercise. Gentle or hard, slow or fast, weighted or unweighted, it can all have a great impact on the body.

If you find a new exercise, or you want variations on some you're already doing, post the question and between all of us we will get you what you need.
This steel pole with a knob on the end is a Mace bell. Much like a kettle bell, it is versatile and requires whole body stability and coordination.
I am currently sourcing these for the gym, so look out for them in the next 12 months!
It takes some time, first time I tried I hit myself in the butt three times!
