If you've read this far then you obviously have lots of free time, or are a thorough researcher!

If it's the latter then I'll also tell you a bit about what I like to do outside of PT:
-
I sing in a band, my favourite song to perform at the moment is 'I'm On Fire' a version that The Staves do beautifully.
-
My left knee has no ACL (ligament) after a Judo injury in 2015, I have an artificial ligament in my right shoulder from another Judo injury in 2020 and I fell off a ladder in the gym in 2022, so now my left forearm has metal plates in it. Suffice to say, I am a bit more careful now around ladders!
-
My favourite movie is Wreck It Ralph because there's a large number of adult jokes and a land made of candy.
-
The two best moments of each day are when I see people I train go "I got this" when they're doing a hard thing, when I put my favourite moisturiser on, post-shower, after a solid training session and when I see birds vising the garden. Those are the times when I feel most grateful of what I have.
