Hi everyone - my strength sessions are generally at Club Lime - Conder on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings at 6am and Sundays about 8am - happy if anyone would like to join me

I also do a hill run or stair repeats on Monday mornings at around 6am in Calwell - it would be great to have a buddy if anyone is keen.

My sport is outrigger paddling so great if you wanted to give it a try just let me know - its great fun!
