Do you experience neck pain?

Straight from physio Sara Guevara - do you experience neck pain at work?

Maybe your neck could do with some training! I certainly noticed a difference when I started judo (lots of holding the head up off the floor). My neck pain used to be daily, now it only comes along when I've had time off training. Give it a go team!

Making girls feel welcome.

Something that is specific to Brazilian Jujitsu, but also speaks to wider sports participation. How can we make sport welcoming for our women and girls? Reading through this list, I have experienced a number of these things myself which made me feel less welcome as a female in martial arts. How about you? Have you seen any of this where you train?
