January has the highest injury rate of all months of the year, based on athlete data across Australia. Thinking on athletes (or ourselves) who may be injured and niggly - did they/we take a break/time off over Christmas? Did they/we take a break after Christmas? Maybe they/we did too much too soon? These scenarios can all be linked to injury occurance. What are you going to do differently this year to avoid "too much too soon"?
