Katherine's squat below is an example of how consistent training can change our bodies.
Here is Katherine in 2015 squatting with 40kg. She self-selected the depth and her instructions were to go as low as possible while keeping her knees pressed out against the band.
Fast forward to early 2017 and here's Katherine again, this time under a 70kg bar.
Last Sunday (8th October) Katherine put an extra 10kg on her squat (full depth at 80kg) and 5kg on her dead lift (95kg).
What a champion. Consistent work is harder than doing short bursts - it requires grit and staying power. Katherine is a great example of how we can forget the fads and just train regularly to build strong bodies.
