Hi Ang, when I do the snatch I think of the following:
1. Push the ground away and lift chest
2. Brush bar on thighs
3. Shrug hard
At that point the bar is in the air so I just picture the catch position and think "solid catch" as I move into it.
A decent video is here - we all look a bit different, don't get too caught up on making yours exactly the same. The focus is on movement speed and a solid catch, in partial or full squat.
